Friday night, I was thinking of Laila, Lasse and their wedding the next day. The wind was almost blowing the roof off of our house and it rained sideways. Since me and my family moved to the northern parts of Jylland, Denmark almost a year and a half ago, I’ve not yet photographed a wedding day when it rained. – Well it must be a first one sometime, I thought to myself and went to bed prepared for the worst.
Waking up saturday morning, the sun gazed in through the blinds and warmed the room, putting a smile on my face. – But not yet, not yet…
It was a beautiful, chilly and quite windy autumn day and I had another wonderful day ahead of me, I’m soo lucky to be able to do what I do for a living. I just love to spend a day together with my clients.
Laila and Lasse had a wonderful ceremony in Elling Kirke and the reception was held at Ålbæk idrætscenter.
We went down to the beach for the formal portraits of the wedding couple, and I must say that Laila is one tough cookie, It was cold and the wind was strong but she didn’t complain at all, just enjoying her wedding day.
Her are some facts (in Danish) and below some of my favorites and also a slideshow for all of you hardcore weddingfans…
