Lene & Magnus, June 26 2009

Post edited: With favourite photos and a shorter version of the slide show.

I met Lene and Magnus for the first time on their wedding day, as they live in Oslo, Norway. They wanted to get married on a castle and they found beautiful Dronninglund in Denmark.

While visiting Frederikshavn they saw my work in my gallery window and contacted me.

One thing I really love about being a photographer is the opportunity to meet new people and get to know them.
While spending time with my clients during their wedding day, and listening to what they and their family and friends talk about I get a feeling for who they are and what kind of persons they are, and I often get to know them really well, even if we only spend one day together.
A wedding day is always so intense, full of emotion and built from many brief moments that when put together, tells a tale about the persons involved in the day.

My job is to capture those moments together with all the beautiful details and some totally relaxed portraits and put them together into a true and emotional story of the day.

To give you an idea of how I capture a wedding day I made a slideshow from Lene and Magnus’ day.

It contains lots of high quality images that all of them are pieces of art in them selves and put together in a slideshow or in the album I design for my clients they make you feel as if you where at the wedding too.

That is my misson and the most important thing for me when capturing the very spirit of my clients wedding through my camera lens.

Thank you so much Lene and Magnus for choosing me to be your wedding photographer.
I really enjoyed spending the day together with you, your family and your friends.

(for the photographers out there:) All images shot on Nikon D3 and D700 cameras with Nikkor Lenses for an absolute superb dynamic range under high noon blazing hot sun and superior low light/high ISO performance. And as always, the file quality from these exceptional cameras puts a huge smile on my face. 😀

The slideshows are at the end of the post.

Here are some of my favourite shots from the day:

Please allow for the slidshow to load and enjoy..!

This is a shorter version with the highlights from the wedding:

This is a longer version containing 195 images that thoroughly tells the story of the day. This is for you who wonder what a full wedding coverage from OSCARSSON- real life photography, could look like.
It’s also something for guests from this wedding and of course it’s like candy for all of you hard core wedding fans!
